Phoenix Pet Cremations provides a personalised and supportive individual cremations service of the highest quality for all pets.

We understand that losing your pet is like losing a close friend. We promise to deliver a compassionate, honest, and reliable service giving you peace of mind that your much-loved companion receives the dignified farewell they deserve.

Phoenix Pet Cremations is an accredited member of the Association of Private Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria (APPCC). We were awarded accreditation having won the approval of independent inspectors, under a strict inspection scheme designed to ensure your pet is treated with care and dignity in a professional setting.

We specialise in bespoke, personal, and tailored-made individual cremation services for all pets and horses, built to suit your special requirements. Your pet can be collected from either your home or vets 7 days a week, alternatively you can make an appointment to bring your pet to us directly.

Bringing your pet to us - what happens during the end journey

Upon arrival, you can say a final farewell in the privacy of our beautiful modern Remembrance Room. Here you can also view our extensive range of caskets and urns on display.

You may wish to take advantage of our same day cremation service so that you can return home with your pet's ashes the same day at no extra cost.

We are Essex's Leading Same Day Individual Pet Crematorium

Our beautifully presented crematorium is set in an idyllic and rural location, as you will see in our video.

There are lots of peaceful riverside walks with a tearoom nearby so if you wanted a same day individual cremation for your pet it is a tranquil place to wait while the cremation takes place.

We also have a wide range of paw prints, caskets and urns available to go home with you on the same day.

Here we have a wide range of jewellery, urns and caskets on display for you to choose from. Some clients prefer this as it gives them peace of mind and comfort at such a difficult time.
